Who We Are
The Builders Design, Construction, and Real estate company was founded in Lagos, Nigeria in June 2014, The Builders design, construction, and real estate company is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction company. Starting as a small 5-man organization carrying out minor renovation works, we
have grown to become a national force in the Nigerian construction industry. We established the Lagos regional office in 2017 and the Ogun state regional office in 2019, having successfully executed various projects in the South-west and South-Eastern Parts of the country before the expansion.
The Builders Design, Construction, and Real Estate company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria since 2019.
Our operations are guided by the highest safety and quality standards to ensure that our clients receive the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We currently have a staff strength of 200, about half of which are direct industry professionals.
We undertake residential, commercial, civil and Industrial engineering construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country. The Builders Design, Construction, and Real Estate company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria since 2019.

Overview
We retain quality delivery and clients’ satisfaction as its driving force, resulting in repeat clients. We currently have a staff strength of 200, about half of which are direct industry professionals. For over 5 years we have created value across various sectors, gaining ground and contributing to national development. To create a robust service range and solve the Nigeria seventeen (17) million home deficit, also to ensure seamless operations for the emerging market in which we operate. The Builders Design, construction and Real Estate Company Limited has evolved into a one-stop construction shop. Through vertical integration, we have birthed M&E Builders Limited (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Installation Works) and The Builders Fabrication Limited (Steel Fabrication & Erection).
These companies are responsible for other key aspects of project delivery. Our operations are guided by the highest safety and quality standards to ensure that our clients receive the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We have the commercial experience necessary to address technically challenging projects, combined with the attention to detail and high-level of interior finishes required on any project we undertake.
